Dear Customer Each of our juicers will be tested before leaving the factory
If the Juicer doesn’t work, Please check if there are any of the following issues:
1. Is it fully charged (Please charge it for 5 hours before the first use)?
2. Is the Container tightened? (After tightening, The transparent part of the Container body is roughly aligned with the display panel; otherwise,  it will default to an empty Container state and cannot be started)
3. Observe if the blade is stuck due to the large pulp. Solution: ① Invert the machine, Tilt the pulp onto the lid of the Container, wait for the blade to rotate, And quickly shake the Container at 45 or 60 degrees. ② Cut the fruit flesh into 1 * 1cm sizes
4. Cannot be used during charging
